The exceptional customer service positively contributes to Clarks’ reputation in our community, and importantly to the passengers that rely on our daily services. These passengers depend on our drivers for advice, assistance, and of course to get them from point A to point B safely. Our drivers are the face of Clarks in the public arena and make a significant contribution to our business.

“At the Mater Hospital Station, a young lad got on who was visibly upset. He had been separated from his parents who were now on an earlier city-bound bus. The driver calmed him down, assured him it would be ok, and called other buses to track down the missing parents. The care and compassion shown by the driver were brilliant. “This lady driver should be highly commended for her outstanding customer service skills. After my ute broke down this morning, I just caught a train and then flagged her down at Loganlea Station to take me home to Crestmead. In the confusion of having the car break down and trying not to get soaking wet, I lost my wallet somewhere between Eagle Junction and Loganlea. I wasn’t expecting it all and started walking back off the bus when I realized, I didn’t have the wallet, she says it’s ok I’ll still give you a ride.
